You can purchase almost anything online, from bestseller novels to prescription drugs. But you must be especially careful when you see an advertisement that reads, “Buy diet pill online.” Why? Unfortunately, with the advent of the wonderful worldwide internet, consumer fraud came right along with it. Prescription drugs are sold online as well as diet pills.
Use Caution Online
You must be careful when you see ads like “Buy diet pill online” splattered across the screen in huge letters for pennies. A lot of these websites that sell prescription drugs are not U.S. state licensed pharmacies or aren’t even pharmacies. They may be offering counterfeit diet pills and/or prescription drugs. Also, if these websites are not U.S. state-licensed that could mean that they are not legally obligated to meet the FDA standards - putting your health in jeopardy.
Be On The Lookout For
1) Fake supplements and/or medicines
2) Inappropriate dosages (can be too high or too low)
3) Outdated expiration dates on the bottle
4) Poor drug interaction
5) Mislabeling, poor storage

Eat plenty of fresh fruit, especially apples, oranges, and blueberries as these fruit are high in fiber, Vitamin C and antioxidants. Include oatmeal, high fiber breads and wheat germ in your diet as this provides a regular stool and reduced toxins in your system. Lean protein is extremely important in your diet overhaul. Protein is needed for your blood system to work properly. Diets low in iron (protein) is a major cause of anemia. Lastly, exercise is a must.
