All Diet Pills Should Be Banned?

All diet pills are not created equally and should be banned. In fact, when Hydroxycut was discovered to be the cause of stroke, aneurysm, and heart attacks in thousands of dieters who took the supplement, the FDA didn’t ban it.

In fact, they allowed the manufacturers of the diet supplement to re-package it and resell it. Diet pills are extremely expensive, some don’t work, and they continue the cycle of denial for dieters.

Dieters (and most people who are ignorant) believe that you don’t have to work to lose weight. They believe all you have to do is pop a pill and magically the weight will disappear. It’s understandable then that most of the world believes that all diet pills are the cure for obesity.

All Diet Pills Are Expensive

The top selling diet pills on the market (and even the not so top selling ones) can be expensive. What makes them costly is not only their initial price, but the monthly payments. All diet pills last at max, 30 days. The top selling diet pills cost at least $60 bucks. This price is actually cheap because the outlet that sells it for this price is a generic supplement store with multiple chains across the country.

But this same diet pill, if purchased at a health food store, could easily cost $80 bucks. Do the calculation. It takes at least 3 months of working out at the gym consistently before seeing results. Eighty dollars a month multiplied by 3 months (minimum) totals $240. Remember, though, the average person doesn’t get “ripped” or “buff” until at least 6 months. So if you multiply 6 times 80, you’re looking to spend $480 over a six month period! You can by a gym membership and groceries with that kind of money and see results in a shorter time period! It’s time to get all diet pills banned. But don’t expect the FDA to do it.

FDA and Diet Industry in Cahoots

Remember, the “war on drugs” and the “war on terrorism” and the “war against crime”? What a joke! The government, the FDA included, is in cahoots with the industry conglomerates to make a profit. This is why we have lobbyists. It’s the lobbyists’ job to make sure that all diet pills stay on the market because of its profitability. No wonder the diet industry raked in $61 billion dollars this year alone. As a society, we are doomed. We have no one to advocate on our behalf against the government who wants us to stay fat because it’s profitable for their pockets. We must take matters into our own hands.

Consumers, Get Smart

As a dieter, you must become consumer smart. The first thing you need to understand is that all diet pills are a sham. The only “potent” ingredient in diet pills is caffeine, and you can get that in a cup of coffee for far cheaper than a bottle of Stacker. Dieters, it’s time you start looking for weight loss in all the right places, such as your friendly grocer.
